Broccoli Cheese Casserole

3 10-ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli                    

1 pound of Velveeta brand cheese                                        

½ cup milk                                                   

8 Tablespoons butter                                           

36 pieces (1 sleeve) Ritz Cracker - crushed                     

 

Cook and drain broccoli very well.  Melt cheese into milk (microwave).  Combine cheese mixture and broccoli.  In a separate bowl, melt butter and add cracker crumbs.  Place the mixture into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish by pouring ½ the broccoli then ½ the crackers, ending with crackers on top.  Bake 350° for 20 - 30 minutes until bubbly.
