3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon apple flavored brandy
1 8-ounce package Kraft Philly Soft Light Cream Cheese
¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
½ cup dried apple chunks
Gradually add honey and brandy to Neufchatel cheese, mixing
until well blended. Stir in apples and
pecans. Cover; chill. Serve with apple and pear slices and
assorted crackers.
Variation: Substitute orange juice for brandy.
