Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies


Serves: 60



1 cup of butter

cup sugar

1 cups brown sugar

2 eggs

2 Tablespoons milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

teaspoon salt

2 cups Quaker Oats

1 12-ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup of walnuts - chopped


Heat oven to 375. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate morsels and nuts; mix well. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 9 - 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12 - 13 for a crisp cookie. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
