Serves: 8
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup Hershey cocoa
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
8" or 9" packaged graham cracker crust
Combine cream cheese and sugar in large mixer bowl; blend
well. Beat in cocoa, scraping sides of
bowl and beaters; beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add cream; blend well. Pour into
crust.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes (center will be soft but will set upon cooling). Cool to room temperature. Chill for several hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
