Chocolate Zucchini Cake

 

Serves: 10

 

 

1 package cake mix Duncan Hines Deluxe Deep Chocolate          

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon                                     

4 eggs                                                         

1¼ cups of water                                               

1 package instant pudding                                      

1 cup zucchini, shredded and unpeeled                              

¼ cup chopped nuts                                           

1 cup chocolate raspberry morsels                              

 

Preheat oven to 350º.  Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.  Combine dry cake mix and cinnamon in large mixer bowl.  Add eggs, water, and instant pudding.  Blend then beat for 2 minutes at medium speed; fold in zucchini and chocolate raspberry morsels.  Turn batter into pan and spread evenly.

 

Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes; follow package directions for doneness and cooling.

 

Frost cake when fully cool with Duncan Hines Vanilla Frosting.  Sprinkle with nuts over top.
