Christmas Pecans

 

Serves: 8

 

 

1 Tablespoon cold water

1 egg white

1 lb. pecans

1 cup of sugar

teaspoon cinnamon

 

Whisk together the water and egg white until frothy. Add the pecans. Add sugar and cinnamon and mix to ensure pecans get coated with the mixture.

 

Bake on a cookie sheet at 250 for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
