Christmas Pecans

 

Serves: 8

 

 

1 Tablespoon cold water                                        

1 egg white                                                    

1 lb. pecans                                                   

1 cup of sugar                                                    

½ teaspoon cinnamon                                          

 

Whisk together the water and egg white until frothy.  Add the pecans.  Add sugar and cinnamon and mix to ensure pecans get coated with the mixture. 

 

Bake on a cookie sheet at 250º for one hour.  Stir every 15 minutes.
