Fresh Fruit Crisp

1 cup Quaker Oats                                              

¼ cup brown sugar firmly packed                              

¼ cup butter melted                                          

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons flour                                             

½ teaspoon cinnamon                                          

¼ cup water                                                  

6 cups apples, peaches or pears, peeled and sliced             

 

Heat oven to 350º.  Combine oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon; set aside.

 

Combine remaining ingredients except fruit.  Add fruit slices, tossing to coat.  Spoon into 8" square glass baking dish.  Top with oat mixture.  Bake 40-50 minutes or until fruit is tender.
