Glazed Carrots

 

 

 

¼ cup butter

1/3 cup of pancake syrup

½ teaspoon ginger

 

 

Combine ¼ cup butter, 1/3 cup pancake syrup and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger in saucepan.  Cook over low heat 1 minute.  Add 3 cups sliced cooked carrots.
