Serves: 6
8 ounces egg noodles - wide
½ cup butter
½ cup half and half
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
Cook noodles as directed. Heat butter and half & half in 1-quart saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients; keep warm over low heat. Pour sauce over hot noodles, stirring gently until noodles are well coated.
