Pierogi

 

 

 

4 cups flour                                                   

4 eggs                                                         

1 teaspoon of salt                                                 

¼ pound butter                                               

½ cup milk                                                   

5 tablespoons potatoes - mashed                                

 

Mix all ingredients and form Pierogi, filling with your favorite mixture.  Drop into boiling water, when they rise they are done.
