Ricotta Marble Cake

1 Marble Pudding Cake Mix

2 lbs ricotta cheese

4 eggs

1 cup of sugar

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour into a 11" x 14" greased pan.

Beat Ricotta cheese, eggs and sugar together until creamy. Pour over batter and even out with spatula.

Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
